Frank Harkins

Frank has a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University with a focus in Rehabilitation and Master of Arts from the University of Alabama Birmingham in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Frank began the first five years of his career at the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind. Frank has spent 44 years as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Goodwill of the Gulf Coast.
Frank is married to his wife, Debbie and together have 5 children and 12 grandchildren.
