Prosperity Planning program at LIFT Orlando: A member recently reached out to Tricia to catch her up on all the progress made on her goals. After starting a nursing education program recently, the member was offered a job with Advent Health making $19.25 an hour, a big jump from their job in childcare. After trading in their old vehicle and with the help of their faith community, they were able to buy a more reliable car for reliable transportation for their new job. They also accomplished some other big goals including getting life insurance for themselves and their children and registering their own business so they can provide facials on the weekend for extra cash. This is the first time they have been able to contribute to their savings account. The member shared, “I am finally not living paycheck to paycheck. I’m praying to be out of debt in two years. Next year I can be a testimony for others to show them that you can do it.”
